Driver License
Road Tests:
In
April of 1997, the Lansing Area Safety Council became a
third-party testing agency under
Michigan's Graduated Licensing law. The
Safety Council is certified by the State of Michigan to conduct
road tests to anyone seeking to obtain a Michigan driver's license. Road
Tests cost $40.00, are scheduled Monday-Saturday during daylight
hours, and take about
an hour to complete.
The
Safety Council has three "examiners":
Dick Fenech, Bruce Cornelius, and Roger Dreysse. Drivers
are required to provide their permit, current proof
of insurance for the vehicle they
will be driving, and a vehicle in
good working condition. For more information, or
to schedule a Road Test, contact the Safety Council. |
